Medical Student Research Symposium honors outstanding work

The WSU School of Medicine Medical Student Research Symposium recently awarded Raymond Esper the Sandberg Prize, the highest honor for a completed project. Mr. Esper worked with Dr. Jeffrey Loeb. Second prize for a completed project went to David Ellenberg, who worked with Dr. Gabriel Sosne. In the progress category, two students tied to the third decimal place, Paul Kim and Tamara Kamash. Mr. Kim worked with Dr. Shang-You Yang, and Ms. Kamash worked with Dr. Donald DeGracia.
