Dr. Zhuo-Hua Pan, associate professor of anatomy & cell biology was recently selected to receive one of five 2007 WSU Board of Governors Faculty Recognition Awards for his article entitled "Ectopic Expression of a Microbial-type Rhodopsin Restores Visual Responses in Mice with Photoreceptor Degeneration." The award consists of a citation, an engraved plaque and an award of $2,500. Dr. Pan is also a past recipient of the WSU Career Development Chair Award.
