Drs. Deepak Koul and Shalini Modi, residents in the Department of Internal Medicine, recently learned that their manuscript was accepted for publication in the journal Echocardiography. The paper was entitled "Unusual Pulmonary Venous Flow Profile in a Patient with Mitral Valve PerforationSecondary to Bacterial Endocarditis" Dr. Luis Afonso served as faculty research mentor.
