Scott R. Millis, Ph.D., was recently designated as a Chartered Statistician by England's Royal Statistical Society. Dr. Millis is professor and director of research for the WSU Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The honor, the society's highest professional award, provides formal recognition of an individuals statistical qualifications, professional training and experience.
