Michael Epstein, MD, and Fredrick E. Rector, MD, recently were appointed to leadership positions at Children's Hospital of Michigan. Dr. Epstein, associate chair for clinical affairs in the WSU Department of Pediatrics, will serve as chief of staff and ex-officio member of the CHM Board of Trustees. Dr. Rector, professor of surgery, will be vice president for medical affairs. Dr. Rector recently retired from clinical practice, and Dr. Epstein formerly served as director of the pediatric cardiology division.
