Dr. David Rosenberg, Miriam L. Hamburger Endowed Chair of Child Psychiatry and WSU professor and chief of child psychiatry, will receive the Psychiatric Times Teacher of the Year Award at the 17th U.S. Psychiatric & Mental Health Congress on Nov. 19. Dr. Rosenberg is being honored for his dedication to mental health education.
