Tsveti Markova, M.D., WSU assistant professor and residency program director in the Department of Family Medicine, recently became a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. The degree of fellow recognizes AAFP members who have distinguished themselves among their colleagues as well as in their communities by their service to family medicine, advancement of health-care access and professional development through medical education and research.
