Dr. Lee Kallenbach, WSU assistant professor of community medicine, was interviewed for a recent story in the AARP Bulletin. The story, "The New Urban Penalty," cites Dr. Kallenbach's recent findings that adults and seniors in Michigan cities experience a mortality rate twice that of their counterparts in other parts of the state.
