Richard E. Gallagher, Ph.D., WSU professor of family medicine, recently served as chair of a National Cancer Institute Special Emphasis Panel in Washington reviewing R-25 grant applications in October. He also served on a National Cancer Institute Committee G-Cancer Education on Oct. 26 and 27.
