Michael P. Diamond, M.D., Kamran S. Moghissi Professor, associate chair of obstetrics and gynecology and director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, recently was elected trustee of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. The AAGL, established in 1971, is the largest organization dedicated to gynecologic endoscopic surgery. The goal of the association is to provide the safest, most therapeutic and economical surgical care possible to women.
