Beth Ann Brooks, M.D., professor of psychiatry and behavioral neurosciences and director of the general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry residency training programs, has been named director of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Inc. The board, a nationally recognized organization, certifies doctors practicing psychiatry and neurology as well as their subspecialties. Dr. Brooks' appointment is effective in January.
