239 medical students graduate at commencement

Cheers of joy erupted as 239 WSU School of Medicine students officially became doctors.This year's ceremony featured a talk by New York Times medical reporter Dr. Lawrence K. Altman as well as a posthumous Distinguished Service Award for the late Dr. James Hazlett, former assistant dean for basic science education.
