Dr. Kou's research centers on advanced neuro-imaging of traumatic brain injury. He uses advanced MRI techniques, including susceptibility weighted imaging, diffusion and perfusion imaging, MR spectroscopy and functional imaging to improve the detection and outcome prediction of brain injury.
